Yoyo Bear Space Race Card Variations
H2 Hubble Trouble
A fairly subtle one this, with the colour of the text "BEAR'S" changing from blue to orange. This change was first spotted by Kate Smith.
H2 Hubble Trouble's Space Ship
The same as the previous variant, with the colour of the text "BEAR'S" changing from blue to orange.
S2 Snowball's Space Ship
The same as the previous two variants, with the colour of the text "BEAR'S" changing from blue to orange.
S10 Snowball Uranus
The same as the previous three variants, with the colour of the text "BEAR'S" changing from blue to orange. This card also has the Uranus Rings change on the reverse.
Uranus Rings: H3, H4, H8, H9, M3, M5, M6, M7, P3, P6, P7, S3, S5, S7 & S10
This variation affects the reverse of the majority of the cards that originally appeared in November. These are the cards that show the Solar System map on the reverse, so the Astronaut and Spaceship cards are not affected. In total, 15 cards have been subject to this change. Thank you to Evan Haworth who spotted this change.
The original picture of the Solar System (below) that appeared on the November cards, shows Uranus with oblique rings - i.e. much the same way as Saturn.
The newer version of the Solar System, which appeared in February when the second batch of cards were released, shows the rings of Uranus in the vertical plane. There are also some other, more subtle changes: Mercury, Earth, Jupiter and Uranus have all got smaller, whilst Saturn and Neptune have grown larger, leaving just Venus and Mars unchanged in size. Saturn has also gained an extra moon.
If anyone spots any that I haven't seen, please email me, and I'll add them to the site.
